With regard to any prospecting operations aimed at customers, their data may be kept for a period of three (3) years from the \ufb01nding of the commercial relationship.<\/p>\n

At the end of this period of three (3) years, we may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue to receive commercial solicitations.<\/p>\n

If the right of access or recti\ufb01cation is exercised, data relating to identity documents may be kept for the period stipulated in article 9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. one (1) year. If the right of opposition is exercised, such data may be archived for the limitation period stipulated in article 8 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. three (3) years.<\/p>\n

The \ufb01nancial transactions relating to the payment of purchases and fees via the Site are con\ufb01ned to a payment services provider, which ensures their smooth and secure processing.<\/p>\n

For the purposes of our services, this payment service provider may receive personal data relating to your credit card numbers, which it collects and stores in our name and on our behalf. We do not have access to this data.<\/p>\n

In order to enable you to make regular purchases or pay charges a\ufb00\u00e9rents on the Site, your credit card details are kept for the duration of your registration on the Site and, at the very least, until you make your last transaction.<\/p>\n

The data relating to the visual cryptogram or CVV2, written on your bank card, is not stored.<\/p>\n
